Senior Land Surveyor at Java Design Concepts Ltd

Java Design Concept Ltd, a leading construction and design company, is seeking to hire a highly experienced Senior Land Surveyor with 15–20 years of proven expertise in land surveying. The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record in boundary surveys, topographical mapping and site layout.

• Conduct precise land and engineering surveys for construction and design projects.
• Interpret survey data, prepare maps, plans, and reports for project use.
• Establish accurate property boundaries and site layouts.
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments (GPS, Total Station, Theodolite, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to deliver accurate data.
• Supervise junior surveyors and provide mentorship as needed.

• B.Sc./HND in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• Minimum of
  15 years’ professional experience
  , with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Registration with SURCON (Surveyors Council of Nigeria) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in modern surveying equipment and CAD/GIS software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Nigerian survey regulations and construction standards.
