Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in promoting our range of buses, trucks, and trailers for it's Lagos and Western operations.
This role requires a deep understanding of the heavy-duty truck industry or automotive, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact.
Identify new business opportunities to increase heavy-duty truck sales effectively.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Liaison with body builders in Lagos for 3rd party body building on company products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies for our products.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in heavy-duty truck sales or a related automotive sales role.
Strong understanding of the heavy-duty truck industry and market dynamics.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary

N400,000 monthly with commission.
