Shoe Technician at Sirjhoe

We are seeking an experienced

with strong skills in and general shoe production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and takes pride in finishing work to the highest standard without cutting corners.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise, an eye for continuous improvement, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

• Perform
  lasting operations
  (with emphasis on open style lasting) across multiple shoe types.
• Maintain precision and consistency in shoe assembly, ensuring high-quality output.
• Identify opportunities to
  optimize production processes
  and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot issues and refine methods.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery, tools, and materials.
• Uphold strict quality control standards before shoes move to finishing.

• Proven experience as a footwear technician, with strong
  lasting skills
  (open style lasting is a must).
• Ability to work across different footwear categories (sneakers, dress shoes, slides, mules).
• Keen eye for details, with zero tolerance for sloppy work.
• Process-oriented mindset with a willingness to suggest and implement improvements.
