About the job

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals for electronics and ome appliance categories.
Track sales metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective strategies to drive growth.
Promote complementary products and encourage upgrades across categories such as TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, small appliances, and gadgets.
Analyze buying patterns and recommend targeted promotional activities to boost sales.
Oversee daily showroom activities to ensure seamless operations and adherence to company standards.
Maintain showroom hygiene, optimize product displays, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
Ensure demo units are functional, correctly priced, and updated with accurate specifications.
Deliver a premium customer experience at every touchpoint, including handling escalated complaints promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment and rotation, and conduct regular audits to reconcile discrepancies.
