Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operate X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, or other imaging equipment as required.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
- Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols.
- Review and evaluate images for quality before submitting to physicians.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
- Provide compassionate care and explain procedures to patients.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography
- Current license/registration with relevant regulatory body.
- Proven experience as a Radiographer in a clinical setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of imaging equipment and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
