SPA Therapist at Ziba Beach Resort

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering a range of professional spa and wellness treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies to ensure a relaxing, rejuvenating, and exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent hygiene standards, and a guest-first attitude aligned with Ziba Beach Resort’s service culture.

• Deliver high-quality spa treatments including massage therapies, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and relaxation treatments.
• Conduct brief consultations with guests to understand treatment needs, preferences, and any health or skin considerations.
• Recommend suitable treatments or add-on services where appropriate, without being pushy.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, products, and linens before each session.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety at all times.
• Ensure guests feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for throughout their spa experience.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms and equipment after each service.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries with guests.
• Follow all spa policies, health and safety regulations, and ethical standards.
• Report guest concerns, incidents, or equipment issues promptly to management.
• Work closely with the wellness, guest experience, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
