Station Supervisor at Virgin Forest Energy Limited

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a high-paced operational environment (e.g., fuel retail, logistics, warehouse management, or similar field). This must include at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems, and basic computer applications (Microsoft Excel/Word).
• Previous Industry Experience within the downstream sector (e.g., a filling station) is a plus.
• Education: An HND/OND or equivalent certification in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is required. 

Core Operational Skills

• Thorough knowledge of all relevant health and safety processes to the petroleum retail sector. 
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing inventory, and cash transactions and reconciliations. 
• Proven ability to effectively schedule, delegate tasks, and oversee daily shift activities to ensure continuous operation and coverage.
• Ability to quickly and calmly resolve operational issues (e.g., equipment failures, customer complaints, minor staff conflicts) to minimize disruption.
• Experience in Leadership/Supervisory capacity. 
• Clear and effective communication skills (both verbal and written) for reporting to the Station Manager and instructing staff.
