Job Description
- Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they match delivery documents in quantity and quality.
- Arrange, label, and store items properly in designated areas for easy identification and access.
- Load, unload, move, and organize goods within the store when required.
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, and remaining in the store.
- Issue materials or products only with proper authorization and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and report low or out-of-stock items to management.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with inventory records.
- Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in packing, lifting, and distributing items to different departments when necessary.
- Prevent damage, loss, or theft of stored items by following proper store procedures.
- Support internal or external audits by providing accurate stock information.
