Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in store management and a strong background in inventory management.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining accurate stock levels, delivering excellent customer service, and leading the store team to achieve sales and performance goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer experience.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely replenishment of products.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss, waste, and overstocking.
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Ensure the store complies with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Prepare and submit reports on sales, expenses, and inventory performance to management.

Requirements

You have at least two to five years of work experience
Proven 4+ years experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or similar leadership role.
Strong background in inventory management and stock control.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems (POS software experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
