Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee inventory management, store operations, and supply chain activities for our luxury hair production company.
The ideal candidate will ensure that all store items are well accounted for, stock levels are optimized, and materials are efficiently disbursed to support production and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including stock receipt, storage, and disbursement.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, materials, and finished products using both manual and digital systems.
Ensure strict compliance with inventory control policies to minimize losses, damages, or discrepancies.
Coordinate with the production and sales teams to ensure timely supply of materials and products.
Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile differences between physical counts and records.
Supervise store assistants and ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing stock.
Prepare and submit regular store reports to management on stock status, shortages, and recommendations.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and security of the store at all times.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a Store Manager, Inventory Officer, or in a related role (experience in fashion/beauty/hair industry is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
