About the job
- This role supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in delivering high-priority business goals through strategic, analytical, and administrative support. It combines elements of project incubation, proposal development, research, stakeholder management, and executive assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, business-savvy, proactive, and capable of acting as a strategic thought partner, a mini-CEO, while maintaining top-tier professionalism and discretion
Strategic & Analytical Support
- Incubate new business ideas with the CEO; conduct feasibility research and initial strategy framing. Carry out market and industry research to support initiatives.
- Draft strategic documents, concept notes, proposals, and memos.
- Provide analytical insights and curated summaries for decision-making.
Project Management & Execution
- Track project milestones and follow up with relevant teams/stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Assist in structuring and rolling out new initiatives before they are handed over to operational leads.
Administrative & Communication Support
- Review, draft, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel plans.
- Act as a communication conduit between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings (with/without CEO), take notes, and drive follow-ups.
Organizational Support
- Maintain systems and documentation to ensure clarity and efficiency in the CEO's office.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of internal and external communication materials

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior executives or managing projects.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly reliable.
