Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PART TIME Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a range of residential and commercial projects, providing structural design, analysis, and consultancy services. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare structural designs and calculations for residential and commercial buildings.
- Produce drawings, models, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Experience in structural design for residential or commercial buildings.
- Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla, STAAD, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Desirable:
- Chartered or working towards chartership (COREN/ ICE/IStructE ).
- Knowledge of Nigeria and UK building codes and regulations
