Responsibilities

Assigning and scheduling tasks for specific employees and follow up on the result they generate.
Complete all the operational requirements of the store
Ensure customer needs are met, complaints resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
Ensure all product displayed are merchandized effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
Driving sales, standards and growth within the store.
Building a strong rapport with the customers and employees.
Achieving all KPI’s and targets as directed by the management.
Leading, developing and motivating a large team of colleagues.
