Supply Manager at Mezovest Limited

Mezovest Limited, a growing player in the energy and gas distribution sector, is seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Manager to oversee and coordinate our LPG gas distribution operations. This role involves managing supply schedules, coordinating with depots and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries to clients, and optimizing the supply chain process for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and proven experience in managing supply and logistics operations within the oil & gas or energy sector.

• Develop and manage LPG supply schedules to meet customer demands.
• Coordinate with depots, vendors, and transport teams for timely product delivery.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Negotiate with suppliers and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Maintain accurate records of supply transactions and delivery reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance in all supply operations.
• Analyze supply chain data and provide regular reports to management on performance, costs, and risks.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost savings.

• Education: B.Sc/HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in supply chain, logistics, or distribution (preferably in LPG or energy sector).

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (must be good with data and analytics).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Location: Candidates residing within Ajah /Oniru/ Ikorodu
