Job Vacancy: Support Worker

We are looking for a Support Worker ( Both male and female ) to become part of our team at our mental health facility.

Work Schedule: Shift based  
Accommodation: Provided during shifts

Responsibilities:

• Offer support to individuals with mental health needs.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress and any concerns.
• Adhere to facility protocols and help maintain overall health and wellbeing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• 0-1 year of experience in a mental health setting (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse mental health needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Capability to work independently.
