Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, Application and Database Security at Union Bank of Nigeria.
- The Team Lead will oversee the security of applications and databases, implement security measures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Daily tasks include monitoring for security breaches, managing security incidents, conducting security audits, providing guidance and training to the team, and collaborating with other departments to maintain overall security.
Qualifications
- Experience in Application Security and Database Security
- Proficiency in Risk Assessments and Security Audits
- Strong knowledge of Security Policies and Compliance
- Skills in Incident Management and Security Monitoring
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Experience with security tools and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
