Technical Product Manager at iRecharge Tech-Innovations

• Take complete end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, from initial concept through successful launch and iteration

• Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales

• Establish and maintain quality gates throughout the product development lifecycle

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in a technical environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products on time and within scope
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
• History of taking complete ownership of products from inception to launch

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Basic to intermediate programming knowledge (ability to read and understand code)
• Understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs, and web technologies
• Familiarity with technical concepts such as scalability, performance, and security considerations
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Experience with B2B/B2C product development
• Previous experience in startup or high-growth environments

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
