Job Summary

- In this role, you’ll work closely with our MD to drive R&D, guide strategic direction, and develop training and thought leadership that positions our organization at the forefront of the industry.
What You’ll Do
- Lead research on AI, IoT, smart buildings, and sustainability
- Provide strategic advisory on tech trends and business innovation
- Manage R&D projects from concept to implementation
- Develop white papers, practical solutions, and training curriculum
- Translate research into advisory frameworks and client innovations
What We’re Looking For
- Ph.D. in Engineering, Technology, Built Environment, or related fields
- 2–5 years of impactful R&D experience
- Certification in AI Prompt Engineering or Agentic AI
- Strong project management and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and innovative mindset.
