Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contact clients by phone to introduce the company’s products or services.
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to maintain strong business relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve individual or team performance based on company sales targets.
- Advance the sales process and facilitate deal closures.
- Gather and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor information.
- Assist in optimizing sales strategies.
Requirements:
- University degree or above
- Sales experience is preferred
- Standard English, clear articulation, with good expression and listening skills.
- Good at communicating with different types of clients.
- Able to handle performance pressure and high-intensity phone communication.
- Proactive with strong self-motivation.
- Responsible, with strong execution skills.
- Good team spirit and strong customer service awareness.
- Proficient in using office software and telemarketing systems.
- Possess basic market analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Must stay in Ibadan
