Job Description
Job Summary
- We are looking for ambitious and result-driven Territory Sales Managers (TSM) with proven experience in sales supervision within the FMCG industry.
- If you have a flair for open market sales, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and are willing to grow your career in sales management, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and motivate field sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Drive numeric and value distribution within assigned territory.
- Monitor sales activities, competitor performance, and market trends.
- Ensure proper route coverage, visibility, and product availability across outlets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Train, coach, and mentor field sales staff to improve performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales supervisory role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of open market sales and distribution channels.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
