Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Security Lead located in Lagos.
- The Territory Security Lead will oversee the daily operations and management of security services within assigned territories.
- Responsibilities include supervising security personnel, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, managing client relationships, conducting risk assessments, and developing security protocols.
- The role involves frequent interaction with clients, generating new business leads, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Business Planning
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to perform risk assessments and develop security protocols
- Experience in the security industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field
