Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in any related field.
- 0-2 year’s experience in hospitality
- Patience and strong communication skills
- Experience in store inventory management and operations
- Prior experience in tea or coffee sales/operations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Train franchise stores staffs
- Manage and monitor store inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy
- Support stores in implementing best practises for customer service and product knowledge
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure consistent quality and service standards
- Log and report franchise performance and training outcomes
