• Relationship Management:
  Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure deposit retention and growth.
• Market Analysis:
  Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors to develop effective mobilization strategies and propose competitive products.
• Reporting:
  Preparing and presenting regular reports on deposit performance, market analysis, and treasury activities to management.
• Compliance:
  Ensuring all treasury operations adhere to the bank's policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
