UI/UX Designer at Crescita Solutions

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional digital experiences. You will use Figma to design intuitive interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile applications, working closely with developers, product managers, and other creatives in an agile environment.

• Design engaging user interfaces using Figma, ensuring alignment with brand identity and client goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that guide product development.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into finished designs.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for different devices.
• Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, trends, and tools.

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for websites or mobile apps.
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with design systems and style guides.
• Experience working in a digital agency or agile environment.
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
