The Vertical Manager will be responsible for overseeing business operations, strategy, and growth within a specific industry vertical. This role involves driving sales, managing client relationships, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring the vertical’s profitability while aligning with the company’s overall objectives.

• Develop and execute vertical-specific business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned vertical and drive market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance, and product) to ensure smooth delivery of vertical initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities within the vertical.
• Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and coaching the vertical’s sales team.
• Manage vertical P&L (Profit and Loss) and ensure financial goals are achieved.
• Develop tailored marketing strategies in partnership with the marketing team to strengthen brand positioning in the vertical.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery and effective issue resolution.
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs for vertical operations and present performance reports to management.
• Collaborate with product development teams to recommend new product features or services tailored to vertical-specific needs.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility and networking.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies within the vertical.
• Mentor, train, and develop vertical team members to build capabilities and improve performance.
