to handle the recording and editing of podcast episodes and related content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality visuals, editing engaging podcast content, and producing videos that align with the brand’s inspiring and uplifting message.

• Record podcast episodes, interviews, and special features
• Edit video content for podcast episodes, highlights, and social media
• Set up and manage cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Ensure high-quality video and sound production
• Create engaging cuts, transitions, and polished final content
• Capture behind-the-scenes and promotional content when needed

• Proven experience in videography and video editing
• Good knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound setup
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Podcast editing skill is a key requirement / added advantage
• Creative eye for storytelling, framing, and content flow
• Ability to work in a fast-paced media environment
