The Videographer & Production Assistant provides essential technical support to the production team. Your primary focus will be manning tripod-mounted cameras to capture steady, high-quality footage during live services and recordings. This hands-on role also requires a collaborative spirit to support various aspects of the production workflow from set-up to tear-down.

• Camera Operation:
  Operate tripod-mounted cameras for high-quality video recording of church services, interviews, and special events, following directorial cues precisely.
• Production Support:
  Assist the wider team with setting up lighting, audio, and video equipment before shoots and breaking it down afterward.
• Set Assistance:
  Provide general hands-on support on set to ensure smooth production operations.
• Equipment Care:
  Assist in maintaining video equipment and ensuring it is stored correctly.

• Operational Basics:
  Basic knowledge of camera functions, framing, and composition.
• Focus & Reliability:
  Ability to maintain composure and focus during long shoots, following instructions accurately.
