- The Visa Officer will be responsible for handling visa application processes, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and providing accurate guidance to clients regarding travel documentation requirements.
- The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in visa processing procedures and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process visa applications from start to finish.
- Review and verify client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Advise clients on visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of embassy and immigration policies.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities when necessary.
- Track application progress and provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all applications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration laws.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of visa processing and immigration procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Public Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification in Travel & Tourism (added advantage).
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in visa processing or travel consultancy.
- Experience working with embassies and immigration platforms is an added advantage.
