Job Summary
The Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by attending to customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers politely.
- Present menu options and take accurate orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly arranged.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
