Warehouse Executive at MacTay Consulting

Salary: N250 – 300k Net

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, stock control, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• BSc/HND holder in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 2 – 3 years Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and proper stock rotation.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
• Supervise warehouse staff and support performance efficiency.
