We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehousing operations.
This pivotal role involves managing the day-to-day activities within the warehouse while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

This includes maintaining inventory control, overseeing order fulfillment, and ensuring that the warehouse functions in a safe and efficient manner. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing best practices in our logistics and supply chain processes, thereby contributing to the overall success and profitability of the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity.
Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control to ensure optimal inventory management.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff to promote safety and best practices within the warehouse environment.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Manage and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals and exceed productivity targets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or HND in marketing, business administration or related field
Proven experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar managerial role within the warehousing industry.
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory software.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various warehouse functions simultaneously.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with teams and departments.
