Warehouse Manager at Vista Africa Holdings

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee our paper warehouse and coordinate deliveries for customers, printing and packaging clients. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory control, and timely distribution of goods. This role requires strong leadership, excellent computer skills, and a background in supply chain management.

Warehouse Operations ( Surulere: Lagos)

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching paper, printing, and packaging materials.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory to maintain product quality.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping standards.

Inventory & Systems Management

• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems and ERP tools.
• Prepare regular reports on stock movement, delivery schedules, and warehouse performance.

Deliveries & Logistics

• Plan and coordinate customer deliveries across Lagos and surrounding areas.
• Work closely with transporters, drivers, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
• Optimize delivery routes and costs while maintaining high service standards.
• Team Management
• Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and support teams.
• Train and motivate staff to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in paper, printing, or packaging industry.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, ERP/Warehouse Management Systems).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict delivery timelines.
