Windows Server professional-level 2 at Quintevo Nigeria Limited

We are looking for a skilled Windows Server Professional (Level 2) to provide advanced technical support, maintenance, and administration of Windows server environments. The ideal candidate will handle escalated issues from Level 1 support, ensure system stability, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for Windows Server–related incidents and requests escalated from Level 1.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
• Monitor server performance, backups, and patch management.
• Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and data protection.
• Assist with server migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability.
• Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations.

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.

• ITIL v3 (or higher), MCSA/MCSE Windows Server 2016/2019, VMware VCA, Azure Fundamentals/Administrator.

• 5+ years backend support, 3+ years Windows Server & VMware virtualization.

• Programming and scripting skills; Strong troubleshooting; Infrastructure provisioning knowledge.
