• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field from a recognised tertiary institution. 
• Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division （2:1） or equivalent GPA.
• Must have completed NYSC as at the time of application.
• Strong foundational knowledge of core principles in applied stream.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. 
• Must be self-motivated, energetic, and demonstrate strong teamwork.
• Understanding of data analysis and the ability to interpret reports. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
