Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily financial transactions and bookkeeping
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Support budget preparation and monitoring
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Prepare tax documentation and compliance reports
  • Support internal and external audit processes

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess an OND in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 1-2 years accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Part qualification in ICAN/ANAN
  • Experience with hospital billing and HMO reconciliations
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (basic).

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
  • Understanding of Nigerian accounting standards and tax regulations.
