  • We are seeking a smart, versatile, and highly organized Admin / Accounts Executive to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, manages systems efficiently, supports people effectively, and keeps the numbers clean and clear.

Position Overview

  • The Admin /Accounts Executive will play a key operational role — managing the company’s day-to-day administrative, HR, and basic accounting functions, while ensuring smooth coordination across teams and projects.
  • This person will serve as the organizational backbone — ensuring that people, processes, and finances are well aligned for productivity and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration:

  • Oversee daily office operations, logistics, and facility management.
  • Maintain filing systems, correspondence, and internal documentation.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Support internal communications and project documentation.

Human Resources & Performance Management:

  • Maintain HR records, personnel files, and leave schedules.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new team members.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems and appraisals.
  • Promote a positive and productive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

  • Record daily financial transactions (expenses, invoices, petty cash, etc.).
  • Support preparation of monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and statutory remittances (PAYE, Pension, etc.).
  • Work with management and auditors to ensure transparent record keeping.

Project Coordination & Support

  • Assist project teams with documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Track deliverables and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Support event logistics, client communication, and data management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in administration, HR, or accounting functions (preferably in a tech, consulting, or creative environment).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Wave) is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive personality.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: N100,000 - 200,000 / month.
