• Provide first-level support to all Agency Channels on technical and financial concerns.
• Track the agency channel's revenue collection and sales performance within all BEDC franchise states.
• Facilitate resolution Of technical and transaction-related issues across all agency channel platforms with Backend.
• Monitor and manage all agency collection-based wallets to ensure adequate funding.
• Monitor dailv uptime across all agency channels to ensure operational continuity.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the line manager.
• Ensure compliance to all company polies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Supervisor(s) to support departmental objectives.

• BEng/ BSc/HND in Social Sciences, Engineering, and Analytical Sciences.
• Minimum of 2-3 years Of experience in the role Or related roles.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, wallets, API integrations, and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting skills (Microsoft Office tools, Power Bl, SQL).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
