Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute commercial projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and resolve key commercial challenges, making strategic decisions to mitigate risks and optimize project performance.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with sales, marketing, operations, and legal teams to align objectives, share resources, and drive project success.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to commercial team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: Implement process improvements, innovative strategies, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial management, construction projects, or sales operations.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, adaptability to change, and a customer-centric approach.
- Understanding of commercial contracts, procurement processes, regulatory compliance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Proficiency in commercial management software and tools.
