• Manage and resolve channel conflicts while ensuring adherence to program guidelines.
• Monitor rep retention within partner organizations to ensure channel stability.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, channel management, or dealership development (preferably in automotive or related sectors).
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts and align diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
