• E-commerce Operations Officer to manage our B2B e-commerce platform operations and serve as the operational liaison with our clients.

• Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor product listings, pricing, and stock availability
• Update product information, images, and descriptions on e-commerce platforms
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds professionally.
