Job Description
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role in Owerri for an End User Support Engineer. The role involves providing troubleshooting, technical support, customer support, and expertise in operating systems on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Expertise in Operating Systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Experience in IT support or a related field
- Hand-on knowledge of Windows 11 in an enterprise environment, Microsoft intune, Patching, Troubleshooting network printers
Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3 years + experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
- Experience working in a telecommunications company.
- ITILv4 Certified
