• The Facility Manager will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and safety of all Uncle Stan’s Foods facilities and equipment. This role requires a hands-on professional who can prevent breakdowns, respond quickly to issues, manage vendors, and ensure all outlets remain fully operational and maintained at all times.

• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all outlets, kitchens, equipment, and utilities.
• Ensure prompt repair of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, gas, and kitchen equipment.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules across all locations.
• Manage external contractors, technicians, and service providers.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of assets, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Respond swiftly to facility-related emergencies to minimize business downtime.
• Control maintenance costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Escalate recurring or critical facility issues with clear solutions.

• HND/BSc in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in facilities or maintenance management.
• Experience in QSR, hospitality, or retail environments is a strong advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets or locations.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
• Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
