Job Description

Key Qualifications
Medical Credentials:
- MD or MBBS from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Postgraduate qualification registrable with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Fellowship with a recognized Medical body (e.g., NPMCN, NAMed, Royal College of Physicians, American College of Surgeons, WACP, FWACP).
- Minimum of 15 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in Hospital Administration.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Provide bold, forward-thinking leadership across all departments, ensuring clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
- Policy Development & Implementation: Design and execute hospital-wide policies to enhance patient care, optimize workflows, and integrate cutting-edge medical practices.
- Talent & Culture Building: Build and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional development.
- Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure strict adherence to national and international healthcare standards, regulatory bodies, and accreditation requirements. • Financial Stewardship: Oversee hospital finances, budget planning, and resource allocation to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.
- .Innovation & Modernization: Spearhead projects to upgrade hospital infrastructure, integrate medical technologies, and expand service offerings.
- External Relations: Act as the hospital's ambassador, engaging with government agencies, medical associations, and the broader healthcare community.
