Job Description
Role
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure high cleanliness standards.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain quality.
- Coordinate staff schedules, tasks, and performance.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping supervision.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to train and manage housekeeping staff efficiently.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of hygiene standards.
Salary
N170,000 - N200,000 / month.
