Job Summary
- As the IT Support Officer, you will provide technical support across the organization by maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving hardware and software issues, and supporting the implementation and management of IT infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network systems, and IT infrastructure across the organization
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Support IT infrastructure deployment during project execution and assist with system upgrades or migrations
- Maintain IT documentation, system logs, and ensure adherence to IT security policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years experience in IT support, infrastructure support, or technical support roles
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco (CCNA), or Microsoft certifications are an advantage
- Strong knowledge of network systems, operating systems, and IT infrastructure management
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
