We are seeking a dedicated and efficient 3-Layer Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining multilayer blown film extrusion machines. This role ensures the production of high-quality films that meet customer specifications and industry standards. The operator will monitor machine parameters, troubleshoot issues, and maintain optimal output during assigned shifts.

• Operate and oversee the 3-layer extrusion and laminating line to meet daily production targets
• Adjust machine parameters to maintain consistent product quality and performance
• Conduct regular quality inspections on film properties such as thickness, clarity, tensile strength, and salability
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs to reduce downtime and ensure smooth operations
• Accurately record production metrics, machine settings, and shift activity reports
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to address process deviations and ensure corrective actions
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational regulations during machine handling
• Promptly report any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
• Maintain comprehensive records of production output, quality checks, and machine performance
• Log and escalate any product defects or operational issues to the appropriate personnel
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and internal safety guidelines

 Support the training and development of junior operators, contributing to continuous process improvement

• OND/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Technology, or related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with
  multilayer extrusion machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and process control knowledge
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and job specifications
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting
