By direct appointment of a candidate possessing a Ph.D in the relevant discipline plus adequate scholarly publications in reputable journals and at least 6 years teaching experience in a university or similar institution and adequate number of scholarly publications with evidence of NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certi?cate.
