Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
  • Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems.
  • Prepare and update balance sheets, income statements, and cash-flow statements.
  • Manage vendor invoices, payments, and billing processes.
  • Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Reconcile AP/AR accounts and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Expertise in preparing financial statements and ledgers
  • Good knowledge of taxation rules and compliance requirements.
