• The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations and renovation projects. The role ensures smooth coordination between material deliveries, storage, and usage while supervising artisans and contractors on-site.
• The Site Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining project timelines, cost control, and quality standards.

• Monitor day-to-day construction and renovation activities.
• Ensure artisans and contractors work according to specifications and safety standards.
• Oversee delivery, proper storage, and usage of construction materials.
• Maintain accurate records of materials received, used, and remaining.
• Act as the first point of contact on-site for artisans, vendors, and contractors.
• Report daily progress, issues, and site needs to management.
• Ensure workmanship meets standards of quality and design.
• Highlight and correct any defects or deviations immediately.
• Enforce safety guidelines and site cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company safety policies.

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent site experience).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising construction or renovation sites.
• Strong passion/interest in building construction and interior design
• Proven ability to manage artisans and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
