Job Description
Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support:
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for both Co-Founders, prioritizing meetings, blocking focus time, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare briefing notes, pre-read documents, and action trackers for internal and external meetings.
- Take clear, actionable minutes in meetings, track follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including presentations, AV needs, guest communication, and meeting materials.
- Draft and respond to high-level communications (emails, memos, letters) with professionalism and accuracy.
- Organize company events, investor calls, board meetings, and leadership off sites.
- Business & Operations Support
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Vendor Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to monitor progress on company-wide goals and OKRs.
- Compile reports, dashboards, and data summaries to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Follow up with department heads to ensure accountability on key deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison between the Founders and key partners, vendors, and clients.
- Prepare presentations, documents, and investor-facing material as directed by the Co-Founders.
- Support special projects, market research, and industry analysis relevant to

Confidential & Strategic Projects:
- Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive company matters, board discussions, performance evaluations, and financial data.
- Assist with execution and monitoring of confidential projects, leadership assessments, and partnership opportunities.
Personal & Household Support (as needed by both Co-Founders):
- Coordinate nanny schedules, logistics, and communication for smooth childcare planning.
- Oversee selected household matters such as maintenance appointments, grocery/utility errands, deliveries, and vendor interactions.
- Assist in planning and coordinating family-related events and gatherings (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, dinners).
- Manage personal travel bookings, visa processing, reservations, and calendar alignment with work travel.
- Run select errands or handle urgent requests that enable the Co-Founders to stay focused on business priorities
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
